| 21 | Without going further into details, we are of the opinion that the affairs of the Institution have been faithfully and skillfully administered by the Superintendent and his assistants for the past year. It was never in a better condition than it is to-day. Under the promptings and instructions of the great teacher, Experience, there has been improvement from year to year in its management, and we believe that any intelligent and candid observer who should now go through all parts of the Institution, would be impressed that the poor of Massachusetts, who make their home within its walls, have little to complain of. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
