Is there a place in the scheme of things for a nation-wide all-inclusive organization of, as well as for, handicapped people? Is lack of organization an added handicap to those disabled by disease or accident?

In principle, we are opposed to the so-called highly organized minority, because it inevitably seems to press toward selfish ends which infringe on the common good. However, we have a deep conviction that, at present, the disabled do suffer an added burden through failure to pull together.
