| Dear President Roosevelt,
| The other day, at a movie house, I saw pictures in the newsreels, of your dream house, which set me to writing you this letter.
| I know this is a very unusual thing for me to do, but I was wondering and hoping if you could give me the honor of helping you keep your home new always. It is not only the thought of a job that makes me write this, but also because I truly love your home, and the quiet and peace surrounding it.
| Please sir, grant me this one wish, and you will make me the most happiest person in the world.
| I am a young girl, a brunette, and I stand 5 ft. 5 1/2 inches without shoes, and I wear glasses. The only reference I can give you in this case is my love for your home and cleanliness, and my urge to serve you in any respect.
| Please do not cast this letter aside, without a second thought. If there is anything else you would like to know, I would be only to glad to write the facts. Any answer from you sir, will be more than welcome. Thanking you a lot I remain,

Yours sincerely | |
